Glintt Next, the Glintt Global business unit focused on technology consulting and digital transformation, has announced the appointment of Manuel Costa as its new Enterprise Commercial Director.

In his new role, Manuel Costa will be responsible for defining and implementing Glintt Next’s commercial strategy across the Financial Sector, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications, Services, Industry and Intragroup business areas, with an exclusive focus on Portugal.
His responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts and leading negotiations for strategic contracts. The role is designed to support sustainable growth while reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted technology partner for organisations undergoing digital transformation.

With extensive experience in the commercial field, Manuel Costa will also play a key role in leading and developing the sales team, ensuring strategic alignment, team engagement and the achievement of business objectives.
